Our bakehouse is at 560 Mineral Spring Ave in Pawtucket! We are right inside of Lorraine Mills. Look for the diner cart on the front of the building that says "Miss Lorraine".. directly to the left of that, you will see a garage door loading dock and small green door. Please enter right through there- walk straight through the lobby/front room, into the hall, past the mailroom and art gallery, and you will see our door- look for the whisk!! We are unit 107A!

We are open Saturdays 9a-2p with pastries, treats, and lots of coffee!

We’ve gotten so much praise for our brown butter maple walnut blondies and fudgy chocolate brownies, that we’ve decided to make it a bit easier to satisfy that sweet tooth when we’re not around! A few spots in PVD sell these for your convenience.

Our Events

Although Whisk is largely a special order pastry business, and we spend the majority of our time focusing on our customers and their occasions, we strive to “come to you” as often as possible— because we know that sometimes you just need a heckin’ blondie or cinnamon roll to get you through.

Therefore, check out our list below, we update it every month! We’ve been known to be at a farmer’s market and pop up here and there, so don’t miss out when we pack up our sweets and travel to your neck of the woods!
